Cancellation and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with AxiDots Activity Monitor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your subscription and request a refund within the trial or billing terms agreed at purchase. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a cancellation

  1. Email our support team at contact@axidots.com with your account details.
  2. Include the reason for cancellation and your account ID.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and process any eligible refunds.

Refund eligibility

Refunds may be issued for billing errors or exceptional cases. Subscriptions cancelled after the trial period may not be eligible for a refund unless explicitly agreed.
