Cancellation and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with Axidots Activity Monitor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your subscription and request a refund within the trial or billing terms agreed at purchase. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a cancellation

  1. Use our contact page to send your account details to our support team.
  2. Include the reason for cancellation and your account ID.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and process any eligible refunds.

Refund eligibility

Refunds may be issued for billing errors or exceptional cases. Subscriptions cancelled after the trial period may not be eligible for a refund unless explicitly agreed.
